When I started my business, I was unsure on how to deal with my Friends and Family when it comes to doing business with them. I felt this shame to communicate my rates or even charge them. It took me some good thinking and rethinking to put in place an effective system that eliminated all the ick in selling to our 'Friends and Family'.
