How to Pipe Buttercream Birds and Flowers

Here is a quick video on how I made this Swiss Roll Cake – Buttercream flowers and birds. This cake design is absolutely suitable for Beginners.
What you will need:
Tools
- Swiss Roll Cake or any Cake shape
- Wilton 3 writing nozzle for Tendrils
- Wilton 104/103 petal nozzle for Sweet Peas
- Wilton 352 Leaf nozzle
- Piping bags
- Scissors
- Cake Board
Buttercream
- Black Buttercream (chocolate buttercream made with cocoa powder mixed with buttercream and Black gel colour)
- Yellow Buttercream (buttercream plus yellow gel colour)
- Light Green Buttercream (buttercream plus green/yellow gel colour)
- Dark Green Buttercream (buttercream plus blue/yellow gel colour)
- Red Buttercream (buttercream plus Red/Pink/dot of Black gel colour)
- Pink Buttercream (buttercream plus pink gel colour)
